I was looking for some more information about stereo microphone technique pioneer Alan Blumlein the other day, and stumbled across an interesting article from New Scientist magazine from way back in 1990, about the missing biography of Alan Blumlein. At the time, there was no available biography for the man who pioneered not only stereo Audi recording techniques, but also radar, television and more. Blumlein had 128 patents to his name when he died in during World War II.
